Why? Well, we’re a motley crew of dreamers and designers who live by a simple creed: “Do more of what you love.”
And we love designing things that make life a little bit easier and a heckuva a lot more enjoyable. We asked ourselves, with so many different kinds of water bottles out there, why do 3 out of 4 people still suffer from chronic dehydration?
So we rolled up our sleeves and got to work. We created what we believe to be the finest water bottles in all the land. Water bottles designed to help you do more of what you love. So, what are you waiting for? Go forth and carpe the diem—hydrated like a boss.

Best water bottle
I love reusable water bottles but hate plastic, so this is perfect. It’s pretty large so it doesn’t fit in cup holders and bags (or takes up a lot of room). I love the options to sip or chug. I have dropped it a few times and it hasn’t dented. It’s pretty sturdy and doesn’t fall over a lot like my hydroflask did. The little rubber thing in the lid is a little hard to clean/dry but I absolutely couldn’t live without this!

Good, but could be better.
I do love this product, but a couple things could really be helpful.1. When you’re walking/running it would help if this had some kind either texture added to the exterior for grip, or possibly include some stick on grip that fit down the dual flat surface areas on the bottle. I suggest this because the bottle is somewhat slippery with dry hands and when you’re walking/running and sweating, it makes it that much worse.2. For the cost of this item, I would have expected to have a bottle brush and straw brush… and neither is included. In the future I think you should consider adding these brushes.

Love my Owalas!
These are my favorite water bottles! I normally do better drinking from a straw, but this spout is still my favorite over an actual straw! I love that the opening of these bottles are wide enough to not have to use a bottle brush to clean them, and they are easy to clean. When the lid is closed, they are spill proof, but speaking from experience if you forget to close the lid, you’ll get a nice puddle quickly due to the spout.

Favorite water bottle but…
I love the free sip and smoothness of the water flow in this. I like the colors and insulation. I have like 5 different owalas and my family each has one of their own too. I like that it has a loop handle to carry it and that it snaps and locks closed. But this will NOT fit in most car cup holders unless you get the 24 oz. The 32 and 40 oz won’t fit. The straw in my husbands owala gets loose and lets air into the flow so that is less than ideal. I love the fun straw colors. It’s like that hidden surprise that no one but you knows about , like fun socks or underwear 😉

Chonky 🙂
I was hesitant to buy this water bottle since I had the smaller version (24oz) and I didn’t think there would be a huge difference. I needed a water bottle that would get me through a long day of educating- where you don’t often time or coverage to pop out and refill your water.I was pleasantly surprised that this bottle seems like a decent size difference from the 24oz. This is the fourth Owala I’ve purchased and the first in this size- I would highly recommend it!I think if you’re on the fence about sizing, the 24oz is great for the average person. The 32oz seems great for those of us who are very busy or going on super long trips. I can’t imagine needing more than 32 oz though unless I’m going camping! The water bottle is somewhat weighty, and it doesn’t fit into my car’s cup holder either. Despite this, I really like it and think it was worth it for my use-case.

Perfect water bottle
The Owala FreeSip Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle is a great option for anyone looking for a convenient and versatile water bottle. Here’s a breakdown of its pros and cons to help you decide if it’s the right choice for you:Pros:2-in-1 Spout: The FreeSip spout is the key feature of this bottle. It allows you to sip upright through the built-in straw or swig from the wide mouth opening, depending on your preference. This is especially convenient for activities like sports where you might want to take quick gulps without having to tilt your head back too far.Leak-Proof and Insulated: The Owala FreeSip is designed to be leak-proof, which is a major plus for tossing it in your bag without worry. The double-walled insulation keeps drinks cold for up to 24 hours, which is great for staying hydrated on hot days.Easy Cleaning and Carrying: The wide mouth opening makes cleaning the bottle a breeze. The lid and straw are dishwasher safe, while the cup itself is recommended for hand washing. The built-in carrying loop makes it easy to take the bottle with you wherever you go, and it also doubles as a lock to secure the lid when closed.

Durable, leak-proof bottle
Love this brand and this bottle. I use it for my son everywhere we go and it really holds up. Not only is it durable (after multiple shock tests from a child), but it is leakproof. Having this thing keep its seal, takes the worry away from just tossing it in their school bag, or in a backpack. The straw makes it easy for them to drink from without having to tip the bottle upside down saving your little ones from a waterfall hitting them in the face. highly recommend for both kids and the bigger size for adults!!

If you know, you know.
If you’re not on the Owala train yet, you’re late – but there’s still more seats. This is the end all – be all to water bottles. Quality is so good, especially with the boot accessory. The all black is cool. Compared to all my water bottles this is the best one. I wouldn’t use this for anything else than water though. No paint peeling. Never any condensation. Keeps water ice cold. 5/5

Perfect Water Bottle
This is one of the best water bottles I’ve purchased. It keeps my water cold for hours. For the price I’ve paid for others this was a great deal. Definitely a good value. I love how Owala has vibrant colors. The lid is very convenient when you’re out or driving. I recently dropped mine on the concrete and no dent. So very durable. I use it daily and have it has never had a smell or weird taste.

Love this water bottle
I have other water bottles and I am very picky about the way they work. I bought one and fell in love with it! It keeps my ice cold for over 24hrs and it doesn’t have any condensation on the outside which is great and I love the fact you can drink it by the normal way or there is a tiny spot on the top to use the straw. I love the handle that can be tucked away and doesn’t get in the way but makes it useful if you always have your hands full like me. I love this water bottle so much that I bought one for my teenage son and he loves it too.

Good water bottle, but one caveat
Keeps things cold for a decent amount of time, indents make it feel thinner than it actually is. Outer coating feels resistant to damage, lid design is functional. The two in one spout is both a blessing and a curse – more to clean (the straw and extra bits with that) but allows you to get to the colder part of the water first. I don’t have much faith in the rubber seal lasting for long enough in the lid – its a removable rubber piece that i feel like will stretch over time and become useless. Also, whne opening, the spring mechanism is very strong, and combined with the rubber seal, creates a slight suction effect, which can result in water splattering a bit when opening it. Also have to unfold the hook every time when opening it which I don’t really like personally.

My new favorite drink holder
I get tired of the various drink containers with straws, partially because typically much of the straw sits outside where it can collect dust and get dirty. There are also times when I don’t want a straw, when I want to be able to “gulp water down.” This solves it by giving me a straw that sits inside the bottle, where it remains clean, but also giving me the option to drink as if it were in a glass.I’m very happy with the thermal properties, it keeps my drink cold, and the seal. I’ve had no issues with leaks. This is my new favorite water bottle.

Goated bottle
This bottle is actually super nice. Bottle itself as well as all the plastic bits on the top feel very solid and well put together. The built in straw is very nice and is easy enough to clean. When I add ice to my water, it will stay there to keep cold for most of the day without melting. Solid purchase. Best water bottle i’ve owned. Only complaint I’d have, and its minor, but I don’t like how the loop handle also functions as the lock. I mean when the bottle is closed, you dont really need it, but like I said just a minor thing.

Exceeded expectations
My old plastic water bottle began to taste like plastic and I wanted something to replace it. This time I opted for stainless steel. I have osteoarthritis in my thumbs and at first the heavier weight took me some time getting used to. However, the indents on the sides make it easier to pick up. I also dropped it from about 2-3 feet up and it did not dent or mark! It keeps my water fresh in the hot car and the water doesn’t taste like metal. I like having the pour spout as I don’t like straws, however, it has a straw option for those who do like that. I like the handle and that it clamps over the lift up spout so I know it’s sealed. Overall I’m super happy with my purchase.

Great but it has a crack already one week of ownership
About a week or so I bought this bottle. I’ve been wanting one for a while but was not sure of the color. When I finally got myself one, i was exited. The straw, the handle, the color, all of it LOVED IT. I bought a cover for the bottom since i did not want anything to happen to her. So a week goes by, I’ve treated her like a baby, has not even fallen. I decided to do a deep cleaning and when i took it off i see this crack on the side near the bottom. It has not fallen, i carry it with me alll the time cause it keeps the water sooo cold the ice last all day and sometimes overnight. But i’m a little bit disappointed on the crack cause it could chip the paint and get rusty. 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

Such a great cup!! But beware the color may be off.
Extremely convenient. Straw works so well. I love the colors of the lid BUT I am honestly disappointed in the sellers false advertising. The “dreamy field” looks like a very light pink in the photo. As you can see in my photo, it is definitely plain white. Because of the convenience and not wanting to go through the return process because I need the bottle, I will keep it. But I will say that I paid additionally for this color option just for it to not be the color I thought was paying for. That’s the main reason I removed a star. The cup overall is fine. I do wish it fit in a car cupholder. But it closes really well, so I’m confident I can just put it on the seat next to me or the floor next to me

Fantastic
I had been looking for a different type of water bottle that could be operated with a single hand and this one stood out amongst the variety of water bottles I was researching as the newest thing. My previous water bottle had similar capabilities to this one: leak proof, retains internal temperature for an extended period of time, easy to clean. Two things that made me grab and use this bottle instead of my previous one is that this Owala bottle has a push button to reveal the spout/straw and the built-in straw. The push button makes it easy to operate with a single hand, freeing up your other hand to carry other things. The built-in straw lets me casually sip water throughout the day and doesn’t obstruct the spout for larger gulps of water. Cleaning the straw could be an endeavor but should be the same as cleaning any reusable straw. The only issue I have with my bottle is that after pressing the push button, the cap takes a second before the spring mechanism kicks in to reveal the spout. Other than that, the bottle works great in retaining temperature and is easy to drink from.

Convenient water bottle with an ingenuous drinking mechanism
I bought this bottle to replace my Civago water bottle, which I found difficult to drink from. (It stops dispensing water through the straw as suction increases.) The thing I like about the Owala drinking mechanism is that you can sip through the built-in straw, *or* you can simply tilt the bottle a little more and chug. That makes it really convenient to drink from. The bottle is also a convenient size, and locks tight to prevent spillage. All in all, I would heartily recommend this bottle. The only downside I can find to it is that it’s a little smaller in volume than my previous bottle.

Keeps water cold for days!
This Owala water bottle is surely one of a kind! It doesn’t dent easily, as I have dropped it numerous times and kept it on the floor of my car for awhile, and both times came out without any dents. I got the 32 oz and found that it’s just the right amount of water where I don’t have to constantly fill it, but I can still drink a full bottle and find myself wanting more water. I like that I can just put my mouth up to the mouth piece and drink versus having to tip the water bottle back and drink, or having to drink from an actual straw. I have never had this water bottle leak and I have had it for over a year. Not only, does it not leak, but it keeps the water cold for more than a day! I will definitely keep buying water bottles from Owala!

I love it! But came in DENTED. =(
Delivered in a brown paper bag. Unfortunately, the bottle is dented on two parts. No condensation though when I filled it with ice water. and currently testing it for the ice test. Hoping it holds the cold as how it’s advertised. What I like about this also is you can put your whole hand inside the bottle which can make you clean up to the bottom of the bottle.the 40oz bottle is big and pretty hard to grip. It’s heavy when filled so it may be heavy for the little handle.. Maybe they can improve on the handle so it’s more secure to carry arround… If you’re looking for a little more portable bottle that you can carry around, buy the smaller ones.Overall, I love my bottle (Except for the dents), I will be more encoruaged to drink water and hydration will be easier during exercise.

This is great, perfect,
The product is great it is a perfect water bottle and beats any tritan or plastic bottle. It does keep cold for very long times and I have found just putting room temperature water will get a tiny bit colder in the bottle because it keeps it the same temp and doesn’t fluctuate temps. It is a great bottle for the money it is the best I bought the 40oz which holds around 2.5 regular bottled waters. The outside is sturdy and does bend or feel like it’s going to break. The lid is great, but over time it will be a little less responsive but I recommend holding down the real ease button when opening. On your first clean get a qtip and get any loose plastic out of the mouthpiece of the straw as I had to. If you want a water bottle buy this it is the best for the money, I mean the best; do not buy hydro flask or any other brand. This is just what you want.

Keeps cold much longer than a Yeti
I have two Yeti’s which couldn’t keep water cold—not even cool— for more than a few hours. This one easily does so for 12. If you add ice cubes it will go many hours longer.Love the multi colors.I wanted a thermos that I could open while driving, and this one opens with a push button. I didn’t want one with a straw because drinking out of straw creates wrinkles around your mouth (just look in a mirror when you use a straw). I also wanted a handle. This one was perfect! I also bought another in a different size. The only issue is cleaning the cap. If you just put water in there, I problem. I put ice tea in and the tea stains it. Hard to scrub in the corners and mouth piece

5 Stars – Just Bought Another One
I wasn’t sure what to expect as am pretty much a tried and true Yeti girl. But I needed something more lightweight to carry in and out of yoga. This Owala is great! It really keeps my water icy cold for hours, and I like that you can either sip through the built-in straw or tilt it back and drink, whichever you prefer. The pop-up handle folds out-of-the-way nicely when not needed but it makes it easy to grip to carry in and out of wherever you are going. I left a full bottle of ice water in the car yesterday for 3 hours in 98 degree Florida temps and was pleasantly surprised by the refreshingly cold water to drink with plenty of ice still in the bottle. In fact, I love this so much, I just went online to buy a second one for my sister. And no, I do not work for a Owala nor have I received any thing free for this review 😂

New favorite water bottle
I’ve tried a few different water bottles over the years, but this one stands out for its quality and thoughtful design. Obsessed with the fact it has a straw and normal lid option all in one! The straw mechanism is genius,,, it flips up easily with one hand, so I can sip on the go without any spills. Plus, the insulation keeps my water cold for hours, which is perfect as it keeps it cold all day at work and the gym! I’ve tried alot of the name brand water bottles and they can never seem to actually keep my ice cold but this thing does for 9+ hours.

I couldnt even finished a glass of water but with this water bottle with built in straw , drinking water is so easy, I wished I knew this bottle before. My co worker just introduced it to us since all of us at work are water deprived due to nature of our work. This bottle keeps the temperature of whatever type of drinks you have for the longest time . I also bought my kids and they can finished the entire volume without realizing that its all done . worth the $$$

it’s alright
so i normally don’t write reviews but owala was something i was influenced to buy via tiktok lolhere’s my two cents: i’ve had the water bottle for around 3 months now and it’s alright lolit only stays cold for about 8 hours and then the water is just normal temp if you like that then def get it but i prefer my water to be extremely cold for a long timeice immediately melts around 10 minutes after closing the lid and shaking it a little so that the water mixes with the icei really like the lid which is why i wanted an owala in the first place but the major issue is just how little the water stays really cold.on the plus side it’s a pretty water bottle and it doesn’t give the water any weird taste. It’s also not suuuper expensive as it was $40 for a 40 oz water bottle.

The perfect everyday/ travel bottle
I bought this for my next international trip but I’ve been using it every day for hot or cold coffee. Its so easy to clean, it never leaks no matter how much I knock it over, the color options are very aesthetically pleasing, the mouth spout is perfect for my sensory needs and I love that I can easily clip it into a bag for easy carrying. I did buy a silicone bumper thing for the bottom because it is a bit loud when you sit it down because of the metal.

This is my favorite water bottle by far!
I like to gulp drinks sometimes and also drink out of a straw sometimes and I can do that with this bottle. I saw their advertisement that said “Where have you been all my life” and that is just how I feel. I hate water bottles that have folding straws, because I feel like I can’t clean the straw part as easily. With this one, I actually prefer using the straw portion and it is SO easy to clean. I really love it!! I want one in every size and I love the color combo choices. The only drawback is that I’d love a handle accessory like a silicone grip that also had a flat handle I could slide my fingers under or even one that fits around the neck with a long strap. The 40 oz is awesome but chunky so without a strap my poor fingers strain a little to grasp it over time. I just got a 32 oz and that is much easier on my fingers. I will get a 24 oz soon I think. I sound like a sales person, but the 24 oz has varieties that have flat sides so you can grip the bottle better. I wish they had this feature on all of these. I think because they have to many fun colors, I will eventually have multiples of each size. They make me very happy. Also, if you are thinking of getting the silicone boot, (they say to avoid dents and scratches) I got one even though I thought it was totally unnecessary, but I love that too! Not because I really worry about dents on the bottle, but it feels more stable and I don’t worry about denting my wooden table. 😛 It’s a sturdy bottle!

Most favorite water bottle
I have tried Stanley, hydroflask, simple modern and hydro jug. This is by far my most favorite water bottle. I have the 24 ounce and now the 32 ounce and honestly they are both amazing. Holds cold temps for at least 14-16 hours. But usually I’m replacing the water at that point anyways. Perfect for throwing in the diaper bag or in your work bag, it doesn’t leak at all! I also have the 12 ounce or 16 ounce free sip for my little guy. Definitely the free sip is the very best

Who needs a Stanley!!?
I think I’m obsessed!! I have a Stanley cup and this is way better. Not only the versatility of switching from sipping via straw and taking a swig but it’s not heavy. The sipping in this straw is different but it’s actually a better way of sipping that can prevent wrinkles. The force required to drink through the large straws from other cups over time can cause lip wrinkles. Highly recommend this cup option!! The color is so cute and I like the small durable hook handle. I love my new Owala!

My new favorite + 3 not commonly acknowledged design benefits
Everything the 5 star reviews say is true, PLUS I am drinking more water because of the bottle (I know it sounds silly, but it’s completely true and I can’t stop gushing about it to anyone who will listen). I have 3 more plusses to add that I didn’t see in the first few reviews I read…1. the middle of the bottle isn’t round like the top and bottom, the sides flatten to allow your hand a more secure grip…it’s a pretty clever design if you stop to think about it or try to compare it to a round bottle of the same circumference.2. because the straw is flush with the sides of the inside of the bottle (and doesn’t go down the center) I can use large square ice cubes without obstructing the straw3. the straw size allows you do drink quickly (or slowly) without puckering (which can lead to “smokers lips” like Marge Simpson’s sisters).I’ve never had a leak, but I would suspect if there have been reports, it’s because the threads on the lid weren’t aligned correctly….or the spout was not snapped/licked completely.

Amazing!
I have been using a Stanley for a year and a half but found that it really didn’t keep things as cold as I would like. I was trying to find something that closed completely and something that would keep things cold for a longer than 2 hours. I am SO HAPPY with this purchase. After 12 hours my water was still very cold and my 5 ice cubes lasted 6 hours including four hours spent in the sun at the beach. I highly recommend and swear by this product!!!!

Nice 🙂
Personally I like it! It easy to drink because you can just use the straw but if you put hot water your going to taste plastic. The lid is easy to open HOWEVR the silicon side of the lid is so hard to clean, when it gets dirty it super hard to clean it off!! I got that white one and I really like the color but if they had the lid in nice pastel pink color I would def get! I think it is worth the money personally. The thing to lock your lid, you can hold it when you walking too!! Only issue I have is that it’s hard to clean the silicon area other than that I think it’s worth it

Best water bottle
I bought this for my 7 year old for school. To test it I filled it with ice and just a little water. I left it in my car for about 6 hours in 80 plus degree weather. Ice had only melted halfway down. Filled it with water and left it all night until the next day about 24 hours later. Ice was, of course melted, but the water was cold. Amazing. I just ordered another one for me so my 7 year old can use the first one I bought and I will have confidence that he will have cold water when he goes to PE during the hottest part of the day.

My #1 H2O Bottle
I have every size Stanley cup and while they’re great— I really prefer the Owala. I love that it has a snap on lid, which is so much more sanitary than a constantly exposed straw. I also love the chug option when I’m working out or when I get back from a run. Love the neutral colors and the hook part that snaps off of the lid makes it just as easy and convenient to carry (if not more so) as a Stanley Cup.

This will be the one water bottle I stick with!
I have had many water bottles over the years but the way this one makes me so confident in it’s cleanliness really makes it easy for me to keep up with it. I bought the Owala bottle brush to go with it and I wash it every so often (probably not as much as I should) and it’s been great so far. Most bottles I’ve had I haven’t kept up with because cleaning is either impossible or too tedious. This one makes it super easy! It’s also just so fun to drink out of, and the bottle keeps my water cold for a pretty long time. I’m definitely a life long Owala supporter now. If you’re thinking about getting one– do it! You won’t regret it!

Love this water bottle!
Best water bottle – I love the ease of use and the option to drink from the straw or swig from the bottle. I use only for water and after reading the instructions not good to use with hot or fizzy drinks. Very easy to clean and I love the color block effect.I bought the 32 oz and it will not fit in car mug holder- the 24oz would be perfect for traveling. The 32oz perfect for the gym.

Best Bottle Yet
I have gone through over a dozen different brands of personal hydration bottles. This is the best one yet. Easy to open and close to fill. A wide mouth makes it easy to clean. The container seals well. The drinking part is easy to open at the push of a button. LOVE the built-in straw. The outside is easy to hold and grip. The matching protective bottom cover helps with the inevitable drops it will take.

Nice Bottle & Better Customer Service
Purchased two of the Owala FreeSip bottles. After 3 days, the one I gave to my son broke at the hinge. I called Owala and the very helpful lady in their warranty department just asked me to email her pictures of the damage along with my information and within a few minutes, I had a warranty code to use in their store. To be fair, my sons bottle could have been bumped when the lid was opened or dropped, he claims he didn’t but the second bottle that I use and the new replacement have been fantastic and trouble free. It’s a great bottle, I highly recommend it.

Well insulated, convenient cup
As simple as it sounds, I love that the straw is attached to a fixed mouthpiece that allows you to sip from the same spot every single time instead of having to fish for a straw that gets bent when you close the lid. You also have the option to quick pour without changing anything about the usual function. Straw is detachable and stiff so it wont break easily and can be cleaned. The straw diameter is also wide so you aren’t trying to fight for water when you’re dying between sets but also not too wide where you’re big gulping a fire hose. The insulation is very good as well. Has it sitting on a hot leather seat on a 104 F hot Texas afternoon while driving to the gym. The exterior got hot but the water remained cold as ever. Haven’t tested the temperature longevity but I don’t really care as long as i get long term use out of it. The build quality feels very good. I think I’ve found my permanent water bottle.Highly recommend!

Step aside Stanley
Absolutely adore this water bottle. It keeps my water cold longer than 24 hours, it’s easy to clean, and it’s very durable. Im clumsy and have dropped it numerous times and my bottle hardly has dents or scratches!!I also love the option to sip through the straw or through the regular spout. Bonus points for that!I wish I could have all of these bottles because there are so many appealing color options!

You need this!
This cup is as close to perfect as you can get! Hands down, by far THE BEST to-go cup. Spill proof lid is really spill proof! The built in (but removable) straw is perfect. No need to tip your cup. Perfect for riding my motorcycle! The way the lid is shaped is great too. You can stand it up upside down and it won’t drop on your counter; the mouthpiece or straw doesn’t touch the counter and no drips either! Keeps drinks cold! Haven’t tried hot yet but cold is wonderful! Durable and practical! I say almost perfect only bcuz I wish I could have a smaller one, maybe a 20 oz. But I love love love this cup! It’s (almost) perfect for me!

Awesome…. but….
First off this is my first product of this kind. Bought it for my kid to take to school but it is huge so be aware my 7 year old cannot hold it. I did end up buying two more but this time the smallest size they had (16oz) for the kinds, I left this one for myself. The product is all it claims to be and more. Super easy to clean, very high quality material and feels good in your hands. I use the little security ring at the top to carry it around. Absolutely love the straw and drink function. Keeps everything cold for well over 24 hours.Absolutely love it.

My new favorite water bottle
I try to use reusable bottles to cut down on my carbon footprint where I can. I have to drink a lot of water throughout the day due to health issues so I always have a bottle within reach. Recently one of my “old faithfuls” started leaking so I was on the lookout for a replacement, my sister has two Owalas that she LOVES so I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. I love the locking feature so I don’t have to worry about leakage, like that it fits in a normal cup holder (my old one did not), LOVE the fun colors especially how the straw is also colored which makes it easier to spot the correct straw for the bottle instead of most bottles that only come with clear straws which can cause confusion when you have different brands, and I love the sip feature! I also like that when filling it with ice, the bottle has a wider mouth so the ice goes into the bottle easily and doesn’t end up on the floor like some other brands. The ice also seems to last all day which is greatly appreciated. The next time I need a new bottle, I will be ordering another Owala!

Super cute!
I absolutely love and adore this water bottle. It is so cute and I love how you can drink it with a straw or tip it up and drink it that way I love that and I love how Kole keeps her water. I filled my water up with ice at the beginning of the day I went to bed in the next morning they were still ice in it so I highly recommend this product. It’s an amazing water bottle. It’s super functionable. It’s super cute. It’s easy to carry around 10 out of 10.

Long-lasting Insulated Water Bottles Delight School Kids and Parents
I bought these insulated water bottles for my 7 and 9-year-old kids to use at school, and they absolutely love them. These bottles are designed to keep ice for extended periods, which has proven true in our experience. I fill the bottles at 6 am, and even when they return home at 5 pm, there’s still ice inside, despite them refilling it multiple times throughout the day. The insulation is definitely living up to its promise. One of the features my kids particularly enjoy is the straw design, which makes drinking and sipping easier and more enjoyable for them. Additionally, these bottles are easy to clean and are leak-proof, which is a big plus for school use and daily activities. While these bottles are a bit on the expensive side, they seem to be durable and long-lasting, which makes me happy with the investment. In fact, they hold ice just as well as any Yeti cup I’ve used.

Great Water Bottle
This bottle is very versatile. I hate lifting bottles to my face and typing them up to drink when I drive. I also hate sipping through a straw when I work out at the gym. This bottle gives me the flexibility on how I choose to drink. The bottle’s material is strong and I’ve already dropped it a few times with no damage. The lid works okay. I just wish it engaged a slight bit more. When the o-ring compresses, it sometimes seems to only catch the locking mechanism slightly and it will pop open. With a more form mechanism, I’d have confidence out won’t pop open and spill. This bottle just barely fits my cup-holder in my truck. If it was just slightly smaller in diameter and just a little taller to compensate, this would be the perfect water bottle. The bottle is easy to clean. Just make sure to get a pipe cleaning brush for the straw.I lost my first one at my grandparents house after owning the last bottle for a couple weeks (I swear my cousin stole it). I bought this second one immediately after, so I obviously would buy this again.

I love my Owala
I absolutely love my FreeSip, so much so that last Saturday, I went to get my hair done and forgot my bottle at the shop, so I had to go back & get it. Thankfully my hair stylist texted me a pic of the bottle and I let her know I was coming back to get it. The thought of going a week without my bottle was awful, lol. I had to get on the highway, go North to go East and then back around heading West and then finally the off ramp south to I75. As I’m driving down the ramp, I see a huge plume of black smoke on the side of the highway. As I got closer, I noticed that now it wasn’t just smoke but flames shooting into the air! I managed to get all the way to the left shoulder and got past the truck that was on fire on the right shoulder, saying a quick prayer to keep me safe as well all of those around me cause you could actually feel the heat and I was afraid it was going to blow. Once I was past it, I was able to take the next exit and pick up my Owala. In hindsight, I thought to myself…why didn’t you just order another bottle?!? So you see, I literally (almost) went through fire to pick up my Owala!

I feel like I joined a cult
This water bottle is as amazing as everyone says it is. I work in a dusty/chemical-y space and needed a bottle I could drink from that wouldn’t touch my face. I was using a nalgene and when I’d go to drink the water would splash around above my upper lip, and god knows what chemical dust ended up back in the water bottle. The straw spout is every bit as genius as everyone says, and I’m insanely more hydrated than before because it’s just so much more pleasant to drink out of (no having to fiddle with a straw, no having to tilt the bottle to chug, though you can chug if you want).Anyway, if you’re here doing your due diligence and comparing bottles I would say just go for this one. I haven’t had it long enough to attest to it’s leakproofiness, but the straw spout is so pleasurable that even if it did leak I’d still keep it for that feature alone.

Fantastic water bottle
I previously bought a 24oz one as a gift and absolutely loved the look and feel of it, so I decided to buy a 32oz version for myself (the color I chose is Boneyard, and it is a nice mint like color).I love that the straw part is covered and that it is completely leakproof.Insulation is pretty good. Keeps water cold for a long time (6 hours is the longest I’ve tried it, so that’s good enough for me) and if I want the ice to last longer, I just add cold water instead of room temp water because if not the ice will melt quickly (but that happens with pretty much every other bottle I own).It still keeps the water cold for a long time even if there is no ice.TBH I never really liked water bottles with straws (maybe because of the hassle of having something else to clean, and the whole plastic thing), but lately I have been spending a lot of time on my desk and I have realized that raising my neck to constantly take sips of water felt a bit uncomfortable after sitting and staring at my screen for hours, so the free-sip feature is definitely worth it.The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because it should have a metal straw (luckily there are some third party ones that fit), and because mine arrived dented (I was able to sort it out with Amazon, but it was still annoying).

Geeat water bottle
I have a good amount of water bottles/tumblers at home but this one is my go to. My mom first told me about owala but I was very into my Stanley cup. I love my Stanley cup but the straw tends to get in the way in the cup holder while I’m driving. And I can’t prop the Stanley up without it tipping over and spilling. Looked up the owala and found these fun colors and wow I’m a fan. This bottle holds a lot of water and it’s super easy to drink from. You have the straw option of the spout option. On top of that the lid doesn’t leak so it would be on the floor of my car and it won’t spill any water. The small handle makes it easy to carry as well. Definitely cheaper than the Stanley and it’s much better in keeping the water in that spilling it all over.

Excellent
I love this bottle.- The sip or chug system is first rate. What a fantastic design.- Zero leakage. I’ve turned it upside down and shook it all around several times to test and nothing ever makes its way out. You can throw this into a bag, purse, whatever, without worrying about spillage. (Note: Just make sure you put the rubber pieces back where they belong whenever you wash the bottle and cap. I made the mistake of leaving a rubber piece off after a cleaning and there was indeed spillage.)- Keeps beverages cold throughout the day. Haven’t tested it on something hot.- I love that the straw and drinking apparatus is completely concealed by the lid. I work around children, who love to cough and sneeze without covering their faces, so I appreciate the added security. And the lid is super snappy, opening every time I press the open button. In conclusion, buy this bottle. I actually prefer it to some of the more expensive ones, which I have also tried over the years.

Best bottle ever
I now have two of these, this being my second one. They have definitely gotten more expensive since I bought my first one but it is worth it for sure as it is still less than 30 bucks. My old one I have dropped many times and it only has a few dents and a crack in the top which now makes it leak a little. I bought this new smaller one for the portability aspect to take around with me. It fits in car cup holders and in my backpack. They are both totally sweat proof on the bottle itself but the cap does sweat a bit. All it needs out of the box is a rinse of hot water and there is no taste left behind, just clean water. The lid fits tight and aligns with the “handle”(?) thing.

👍👍
As someone who can’t walk (or drive) and drink from my open-lid hydroflask without spilling half of it down my shirt, this water bottle is perfect for me. I stopped using a previous straw bottle (ello brand) because the suction stopped working consistently, and also the only way to get to the last bit of water was to unscrew cap and pour it down my shirt… This Owala bottle solves all my coordination issues in one beautifully designed straw/spout lid. And the color combo is 😍. Both thumbs up. Would absolutely buy again, but hopefully it lasts a long time because I’m trying to be less of a consumer (and not shop needlessly just cuz the algorithm tells me to) when I find a quality product that meets my needs and looks great.

My favorite water bottle to-date
So far this has been the best water bottle I’ve ever used. It’s checked all the boxes for what I like in a water bottle: 1) insulated 2) fits in my car’s cupholders 3) has a lid to protect the straw/spout 4) has a handle for easy carrying. Even better is that the handle folds down completely when you don’t need it, and the straw is built into the spout, so the straw doesn’t have to protrude. You can easily drink from the straw spout, or from the larger spout for larger volume. It’s well constructed and keeps drinks cool. Lastly, the cup itself, where you would hold it in your hand, has two flat sides for easier gripping while holding. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.

Best water bottle ever
When my PT therapist raved about the water bottle that everyone in her practice had – and that she just had to also buy and use – my ears perked up! I don’t usually like to spend money on these bottles – but this one is totally worth it.There is nothing to not like. The color choices! (I wanted to get the all teal, but I wear lipstick, and liked the idea of it not showing up on the mouth piece of what I bought.) The way that the straw is hidden is Fantastic! I don’t usually like to sip and suck – but this is a wow!If you’re hesitant-go ahead and buy one. Try it – you’ll like it!

Almost Perfect
I love this water bottle! It keeps the water really cold for long periods of time and holds a good amount of liquid. I prefer drinking through straws and love that this bottle allows me to cover the straw when not in use. Definitely a more sanitary option than exposed straws, AND it doesn’t spill when I have an arm load of things. I also like the little hook that allows me to carry it with just a finger if needed. Definitely more convenient. My only two complaints are that sometimes the straw inside the bottle disconnects from the lid. Not a huge issue. It’s just a little annoying. The other complaint is in regard to size. It doesn’t really fit in the car cup holder and tends to fall out. It’s also a little cumbersome when refilling it from the fridge dispenser. The size tends to cause me to spill when refilling it. Again, though, just something I have to figure out.

Best water bottle I’ve had!
Where has this bottle been my whole life?? It’s awesome. I feel like I don’t drink enough water when I have just a straw option. But when I’m in meetings or in the car lifting a up a bottle to drink from a spout is awkward. Being able to do both in one bottle is a game changer. Plus, sipping through the straw is really easy (flows quick, don’t have to “pull” to get water flow). The spout is also designed well. The bottle doesn’t leak and has pleasing colors (I got denim). It costs more than I have spent on bottles but I’m thrilled it’s delivering on what it said it would. Yay Owala!
